Register to Vote

Voting is not just a privilege. It's a right!

You are eligible to register to vote in West Virginia if you are:

• A resident of the state and the county in which you register
• An American citizen
• At least 17 years old AND will be 18 before the November Election, and not currently under conviction of a felony, including parole or probation (although rights are restored when the term ends)
