Experience is critical. A job in Congress is three-fold. You’re a lawmaker. You’re a constituent servant. You’re a leader who’s willing to fight. I’ve been a lawmaker and a constituent servant for 20 years. As a leader and fighter, I’ve had the best training available though the U.S. Army and through my work at the West Virginia Legislature.
